  • IS THERE A CONTRACT OR COMMITMENT?

    No! Realize you don’t need me anymore? No problem. The subscription is completely month to month and the cancellation process is simple and fully laid out.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL?

    Log into your customer account.

    Click Account, then click Memberships.

    Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.

    Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

    You will receive a confirmation email to follow.

  • Are the workouts beginner friendly?

    Absolutely! I will give you modification options to fit any level.

  • Do I need a gym membership?

    Nope! While making workouts progressively harder each week can be easier through adding weight, all workouts can be completed either at home or at a gym.

  • Should I get clearance from my doctor?

    If you’re questioning whether you’re medically able to participate in physical activity, my answer is yes. I would never recommend putting your health at risk.

  • I need more. Do you have specialized programs that provide additional guidance/accountability??
