NUTRITION PROGRAMMING
Together we will determine your nutrition level and instill habits and weekly goals designed to help you reach any personal goal you set. The nutrition programming will start at your current level and progress week to week through FaceTime check-ins to maintain consistency, learn at a manageable rate, and make any changes necessary based on your body’s response.

EXERCISE PROGRAMMING
This includes a full, custom resistance training program developed based on your goals, experience, equipment accessibility, and current lifestyle. I focus heavily on progressive overload and will create your progressions or make any program changes based on your body’s response each week following our scheduled FaceTime check in.

EXERCISE & NUTRITION PROGRAMMING
The ultimate virtual training experience designed for clients with big goals, looking for a high level of accountability. This will include both exercise and nutrition programming, as well as weekly FaceTime check-ins.
